We select our beans from some of the finest private roasters in the country. The beans and roasts are selected with specific beverages in mind. Torani and Monin offer us a variety of fine syrup and sauce flavors to add to our beverages. Our flavorings are used to create those memorable drinks that everyone love.

We take pride in our baking here. All of our food items are baked fresh daily by one of our staff members who makes an effort to arrive at the shop at six o'clock in the morning, one complete hour before we are scheduled to open to the public!
